Q: How do you determine my flat monthly rate?
A: The monthly rate will depend on the number of devices (computers, servers, printers, etc.) used by your business. For the first six months, the initial rate will be used as a baseline. After the introductory period, we may adjust the rate as necessary to accommodate the amount of service delivered.
Q: So other than adjustments made after the first six months, I’ll never pay more than one flat fee per month?
A: The only items not covered under our flat fee service include the cost of purchased hardware and software; shipping costs; fees for software licensing or renewal or upgrade fees; and the cost of any third-party vendor or manufacturer support. We will always notify you in advance for approval of any additional fees.
Q: When you purchase hardware or software for us, do you add on a commission?
A: No. As your dedicated IT provider, we have no loyalty or bias to any specific brands or technologies. Every recommendation is made with your best interests in mind. We will never advise you to invest in an unnecessary solution for our benefit.

Q: Where did you get your name?
A: West Technology Group is named in honor of “Ma West”, a respected small business owner in St. Lucia who was also the grandmother of the founder.
